Spices hold in them a certain fascination with their myriad forms and colours, leaving a mark on our conscious every time we partake in a meal. Most Indian cooking begin with the making of the Tadka. The pungent but warm flavour of Turmeric in shiny oil, the tiny crackling Mustard seeds all mixed with fresh, crisp curry leaves and spicy red and green chillies. 

The Spices Collection is born out these sense memories of food. It is a story of collecting ingredients, of experience, admiration and the care in the joyful preparation of a favourite meal.
