I was very much fascinated by the tiny forms and colors of the Indian spices and I was experiencing them consciously while having my food every day. The pungent but warm flavour of Turmeric in shiny oil along with the popping tiny Mustard seeds mixed with fresh curry leaves and spicy red or green chilli is extremely mouth watering basic Tadka in Indian cooking. I took up inspiration for my Saree collection from the memories that evoke in mind.
It is a story of collecting ingredients and spices, experiencing each of them carefully and preparing your own favourite cuisine with a lot of love and passion and garnishing it with a dash of something amazing.
